FRC U19 HIGH SCHOOL ROWING PROGRAM
This program is aimed at athletes under the age of 19 years and still attending High School in and around the Greater Fredericton Area. The program will be led by experienced coaches with the support of staff from various schools who will help develop rowing and sculling skills in a safe and fun environment.

The program will start with indoor rowing technique and (weather permitting) will go onto the water in early May in preparation for a local schools regatta plus an indoor competition in early June.
Training will be on the following days and times – please see coaching staff for exact details.

UNIVERSITY OF NEW BRUNSWICK AND ST. THOMAS UNIVERSITY ROWING CLUB
UNB and STU also row out of the Fredericton Rowing Club. Programs for experienced and beginner rowers start the first week of September and run until mid-November. Contact the Club President for specific information on dates, costs, training times for the Fall session.

FRC MIDDLE SCHOOL INDOOR ROWING PROGRAM (6-8 WEEKS)
FRC hosts an indoor rowing program for the Middle Schools in the Fredericton Area. Students can choose 2 days a week to come learn the basics of rowing and teamwork at FRC. There is an opportunity to get on the water for a Taster Day at the end of the program.

April & May each year. Cost is grant dependent ($20-40)

All advertised costs include Rowing Canada Fees ($20), RNBA fees ($5) and FRC Safety fee ($20)
